Prior on Thursday, a source in the Caracas police revealed to Sputnik that Venezuela's insight administration SEBIN kept Guaido's nearby partners Roberto Marrero and Sergio Vergara. 

The source clarified that SABIN kept Marrero and Vergara at their homes in the El Cafetal neighborhood of the Baruta region.
